support individuals experiencing mental health and addiction
concerns.
What is Concurrent Disorders Crisis
Management Services?
Concurrent Disorders Crisis Management Services
supports knowledge transfer and skill development in the local
mental health, addictions, and allied service sectors through
the Concurrent Disorders Resource Network.
Who can benefit?
Network membership is open to front-line
professionals from all social/human service organizations who
work with individuals with concurrent disorders in the Peel
Region or within the Central West Local Health Integration
Network.
What are the major benefits?
Concurrent Disorders Training Program including
suicide prevention (ASIST) and non-violent crisis intervention
(NVCI).Ongoing “Solution Sessions” for network members who have
completed the Concurrent Disorders Training Program, including
networking, information sharing and case consultation.
Educational opportunities on concurrent disorders for any
social/human service organization, including presentations and
workshops.
