This practical and dynamic workshop focuses on understanding the key concepts of stress management and in developing a solid foundation for putting this information to use. Participants are encouraged to evaluate the appropriateness of their existing coping techniques and to add
strategies to their bag of ‘tools’.

Participants will:

  • Understand the concepts of stress, stressors, stress response, and health
  • Identify the 4 categories of stressors affecting their life
  • Assess their behavioural, physiological, and psychological stress response
  • Use 3 categories of coping techniques to develop a Personal Action Plan

Please contact us at 905-451-2123 or info@cmhapeel.ca for more information and/or to arrange a presentation at your premises.
